Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. We have one of the most varied class timetables in the area, and every class is open to all abilities. Your coach will scale exercises to suit you, so you can start wherever you are.
Download the Oxygen app on iPhone or Android, and we'll add your free class credit as soon as we've seen you. If it hasn't appeared for any reason, just fill in our 1st Class Free form.
Memberships range from £78 to £109, depending on how many classes you'd like to attend each week. You can also buy credits in smaller packs if you'd rather not commit to a membership.
Yes. Most of our coaches offer personal training, either one-to-one or as small-group PT. You can register your interest on The Team page.
Yes. There are a few designated parking spaces for Oxygen members on the estate, plus plenty of street parking nearby.
We have two large individual toilets, which can also be used as changing rooms.
Just your sportswear. We'll handle the rest!
