OX-FIT is our signature strength and conditioning class, combining weightlifting, bodyweight movements, cardio, and ergs for a constantly varied, high-intensity workout. You’ll build power with barbell lifts, develop control through gymnastics skills, and boost your engine with challenging intervals on the rower, ski or bike. Every session is different—but always designed to push you, support you, and make you fitter than ever.
